Passionate about hospitality and food having grown up around the world, it is a natural fit for Harsh to co-found multiple award-winning bars and restaurants - Amalfitana, Rummin’ Tings, Fratelli, Fatty Crab and The Pontiac (#16 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2017) in Hong Kong. Harsh is also the Managing Director of ÉPIQUE, a boutique promotion, events and marketing consultancy.
Prior moving to Hong Kong, Harsh earned his BSc in International Hospitality Management from École Hôtelière de Lausanne and worked at leading hotels and businesses in Switzerland, Italy and India prior to graduating. The experiences lead to his appointment as Director of Sales and Marketing at the multi-award winning Soneva Fushi and Soneva Gili in the Maldives. Harsh then relocated to Thailand to work closely with the Chairman & CEO of Six Senses in his role as Director of Residential Villas Sales globally and eventually assumed the role of GM Client Relations at property fund 135 DEGREES in Singapore. His foray into Hong Kong followed where he consulted for a vast number of hospitality and lifestyle businesses prior to opening his own.
In his free time, Harsh loves to cook as well as hike with his rescue dog and mascot Bear, with whom he can most often be spotted at their venues.
